Does MommyTime charge a late pick up fee?MommyTime charges a $10/minute late fee for each minute the parent is late for pick up. More than 2 late pick-ups will result in revocation of privileges.

Does MommyTime have restrictions?No food will be given or provided to children while in MommyTime care (due to food allergies). Water and/or juice will be provided as needed.

Where do I fill out MommyTime's waiver?The waiver will be filled out on site at the child's first scheduled visit. Waiver will be kept on file for a year.

How does MommyTime handle bathroom trips?If needed, Mommytime will take the children to the bathroom during the duration of their visit. Children must be able to use the bathroom independently which consists of going into the stall alone, pulling down and up their clothes after toilet use, and flushing.

Does MommyTime accept cash?Payment is required via credit card. No cash will be accepted.

Is a waiver needed each time I want to drop my child off?No. A waiver is needed only once per each child per year.

What is the minimum and maximum ages of children MommyTime will care for?MommyTime will care for children ages 1-12 years old.

What if I don't use my full hour of care?MommyTime care is charged by the hour regardless of whether the full hour is used. No refunds will be provided for minutes of the hours not used.

Can a caregiver leave the facility premises after dropping their child off?Parent/caregiver is required to stay on site of the facility at all times. If a parent/caregiver needs to leave the premises they will be required to pick up their child upon departure. If a parent is found to have left facility premises without picking up their child, MommyTime privileges will be immediately revoked.

What is MommyTime's cancellation policy?As appointments are limited, a 24-hour notice is required to cancel appointments otherwise full payment will be collected. Pick up on time is required with no grace period granted. There will be a charge of $10/minute for every minute a child is picked up late, with emergency contacts called for child pick up after 30 minutes past pick up time. More than 2 late pick-ups will result in services no longer offered to the caregiver/parent. Late fees will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

What is the maximum timeframe that any child can attend MommyTime?Children are able to attend MommyTime for a maximum of 2 hours.
